FOR COMPLETION BY ALL NON-FRENCH-RESIDENTS
The following form is to be completed by any individual over the age of 15, who is not resident in France. It is retained by Gites Limousin for a period of 6 months following the date of departure, then destroyed. The form is accessible only to the Police. Please complete at your leisure and bring with you.
Children under 15 are to be included on the form “avec des enfants”
